🥣 Mix Cake Batter: In a bowl, combine > (🥚 2-3 egg yolks, 🥄 25g rice bran oil, 🥛 180g plain yogurt, 🍦 ½ tsp vanilla extract, 🧂 pinch of salt, 🍚 50-65g sugar, 🌾 53g cake flour, 🌿 13g corn flour, 🧂 5g baking powder). Mix until smooth.

🥚 Whip Egg Whites: In a separate bowl, add > (🥚 egg whites, 🍋 1.5 tsp lemon juice). Beat until stiff peaks form.

🍚 Combine: Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the cake batter until just combined, keeping the mixture airy.
